Standard & Poor's improves Latvia´s rating
Investment ratings agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) has raised Latvia's rating back to investment grade for the first time since 2009. Latvia's rating now stands at BBB-, S&P's lowest investment grade, and its outlook is stable.
